The expert is dependent on the SBU, as an SBU employee (the SBU is the prosecution side), which violates Article 7 of the Law “On Forensic Examination” (CPC of Ukraine: Articles 75, 76, 77).

The conclusions are worthless, but the court accepts them, ignoring legal requirements. Why?
